Introduction
The present petition is filed by Petitioner, Himanshu Choudhary, requesting the Hon’ble Court to Direct the Respondents to temporarily attach him to a Unit in Delhi for three months.
Facts of the Case
Himanshu’s Wife, who was in an advanced stage of pregnancy, was admitted to the hospital following a complication on 29 September 2023 and was discharged on 5 October 2023. The expected date of delivery was 27 November 2023.
Contentions
The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted to the court that looking at the condition respondent should consider attaching the petitioner temporarily to Delhi so that he can be at the side of his wife at the time of delivery and may be there for 2-3 weeks beyond the period of delivery. He also submitted that submits that he had taken instruction and respondent shall temporarily attach the petitioner to a Unit in Delhi for three months.

The Hon’ble Court took all the statements on record. Accordingly, a petition was disposed of directing the respondents to temporarily attach the petitioner to a Unit in Delhi for three months.
