COURT ANALYSIS AND DECISION:
Upon sending a notification to the State, the Court remarked, “Considering the information provided, the queries mentioned should be tackled by the respective parties’ legal representatives.” The case is scheduled for September 26th, when it will be reexamined. The Judge mentioned that this would result in a decrease in the filing of ‘false FIRs’, which are initiated as soon as there is a disagreement between the girl and boy in a marital situation. The situation is peculiar, as both the girl and boy chose to leave their homes willingly and without any imminent danger.
