Introduction
The matter is fled through E-fling. Learned APP submits that the hard copy of the application is served just now and therefore prays for time. To make the mechanism of E-fling effective, it is absolutely essential that learned APPs are provided with the facility of laptops/Ipas at the earliest. This concern may be brought to the notice of learned Advocate General.
Fact of the Case
The matter is fled through E-fling. Learned APP submits that the hard copy of the application is served just now and therefore prays for time. Since the matter has been fled through E-fling, court enquired with learned APP whether laptop/I-pad is available with authority to deal with such applications. Learned APP submitted that as of now laptops/ I-pads have not been supplied to them. To make the mechanism of E-fling efective, it is absolutely essential that learned APPs are provided with the facility of laptops/Ipads at the earliest. This concern may be brought to the notice of learned Advocate General.
Case Analysis and Judgement
The intervention of learned Advocate General is necessary to ensure the smooth functioning of the E-fling system. Learned Advocate General is requested to look into the matter and bring this to the notice of the concerned department of the State Government for facilitating the required infrastructure for this purpose. So far as the present application is concerned, learned APP seeks time to take instructions.
