“Principal Secretary made changes to the transfer order..”: High Court Of Jammu And Kashmir At Srinagar.

Principal Secretary to Hon’ble Chief Justice Rajeev Gupta adjudicated in the matter with regard to Order No. 483 of 2021/RG/Psy dated 8^th July 2021 and made the following modifications to the said order and further transferred the order in the interest of administration. He made the following changes:

1. Shri Ishfaq Mohi-ud-Din, System Assistant, who was earlier ordered to be transferred to Pr. District & Sessions Court, Kupwara was now going to be transferred to the Cou1t of Pr. District & Sessions Judge, Kulgam.
2. Shri Owais Ahmad Shah, System Assistant, who was earlier ordered to be transferred to Pr. District & Sessions Court, Kulgam was now going to be transferred to the Court of Pr. District & Sessions Judge, Kupwara.
3. Shri Vishal Koul, System Assistant, who was earlier ordered to be transferred to the Pr. District & Sessions Court, Jammu was now going to be transferred to the Pr. District & Sessions Court, Reasi.
4. Shri Angrez Singh, System Assistant, who was earlier ordered to be transferred to the Pr. District & Sessions Court, Kishtwar was now going to be transferred to the Pr. District & Sessions Court, Udhampur.
5. Ms Priya Mussa, System Assistant, who was earlier ordered to be transferred to the Pr. District & Sessions Court, Rcasi was now going to be transferred to the Pr. District & Sessions Court, Jammu.
6. Rigzin Chorol, System Assistant, in the Pr. District & Sessions Court, Jammu and Ms. Zainab Naz, System Assistai)t, in the Pr. District & Sessions Court, Leh arc transferred and posted as such to the Pr. District & Sessions Court,Leh and Pr. District & Sessions Court, Jammu respectively.
7. In respect of Shri Varun Chibbcr, System Officer, transferred to the Pr. District & Sessions Court, Poonch with additional charge as such in the Pr. District & Sessions Court, Rajouri, CPC e-Courts, High Court of Jammu & Kashmir shall draw a duty roster for his work in both the said Courts.
8. All the representations of System Officers and System Assistants, except that of Ms. Ruchi Gupta, System Olliccr, earlier ordered to be transferred to the Pr. District & Sessions Court, Rcasi, are hereby disposed of.
